    University Clinical Trials Support Center in Poznań at 42 Marcelińska Street; 60-354 Poznań is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website and mobile application created for UCTSC patients in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications

    The accessibility statement applies to the website https://badaniakliniczne.ump.edu.pl/en

    and to the mobile application “patient CTSC” available in the Google Play and App Store.

    Compliance Status

    The website and mobile application “patient CTSC” available in the Google Play and App Store partially comply with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications.

    Despite the efforts of the website’s editors, certain documents published on the website may not meet the requirements of the digital accessibility act because:

    • they come from other sources and their editing is not possible or would violate other regulations.
    • they were published before the digital accessibility act came into force.
    • they were published based on principles adopted by another institution.
    • PDF, DOC, etc. files will constitute only the necessary minimum requirements. Editors will make every effort to ensure that these documents have correct digital accessibility (e.g., structured tags).
    • the website may also contain PDF documents or others that were created based on poorly prepared text documents (i.e., those that did not have a well-marked logical structure) or are scans of documents and do not comply with the digital accessibility act. In such cases, the editors will make every effort to ensure that new documents are prepared correctly in accordance with the requirements of the act.

    Handling of Requests and Complaints Related to Accessibility:

    If this deadline is too short for us, we will inform you about it. In this information, we will provide a new deadline by which we will correct the errors reported by you or prepare the information in an alternative way. This new deadline will not be longer than 2 months.

    If we are unable to ensure the digital accessibility of the website or content from your report, we will propose an alternative way of providing access to them.

    If our actions are unsatisfactory to you, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Human Rights.
